About the Show
A Christmas Carol, adapted from Charles Dickens’ classic holiday novella, will be performed as a DramaTc Reading and runs about an hour, not including a brief intermission. A Christmas Carol tells the classic tale of Ebenezer Scrooge, who is visited one Christmas Eve by the ghost of Jacob Marley, his former business partner and sole friend, who tells Scrooge that in the hope he may save Scrooge from a fate even worse than his, Scrooge will be visited by three Christmas Spirits that will show him the journey that has led to his current miserable existence, and its inevitable end if his path remains unchanged.
