Hartland Township is managed by the Township Manager, James Wickman, and governed by the following elected officials:

Clerk: Ann Ulrich

Treasurer: Kathie Horning

Trustees: Joe Colaianne, Glenn Harper, Larry Hopkins and Joe Petrucci

In October, 2007 the township moved its offices to 2655 Clark Road in Hartland. This building was erected specifically to house the township offices. Office hours are 8:30 am – 6 pm Monday through Thursday.
